Frequently Asked Questions

For wholesale and OEM buyers — the practical points before you send a quote request.

What is your MOQ?

It depends on the product. Stock-style items carry a per-style MOQ from 300 pcs per style and colour; fully customized OEM runs start at 500 pcs per style. The exact figure moves with the product, and we state it in the quote — there is no single number across the whole catalog.

Are you a factory or a supplier?

We are a tent factory. Our own plant is in Weihai, Shandong, and we export the tents we make — we are not a trading desk passing your order to someone else's line. That means the fabric we quote is the fabric we cut, and the lead time we give is one we can hold.

Do you keep stock / offer dropshipping?

No. This is a wholesale and OEM channel. We produce against your confirmed order; we don't hold retail inventory and we don't do single-piece dropshipping.

What about CPAI-84 (US fire retardancy)?

CPAI-84 fire-retardant fabric is available on request. We go to the factory for the actual test report when a US buyer needs it — we don't pre-print a certification we can't back with a document. Tell us the market and we'll route the right fabric.

Do your tents meet REACH (EU)?

For the EU market, fabric and coatings are selected against REACH (azo dyes, phthalates) on request. As with CPAI-84, we provide the relevant documentation from the supplier rather than asserting compliance blindly.

What can be customized?

Logo print, color, fabric weight, and packaging are the standard OEM items. The OEM / Custom page lays out the full flow from inquiry to bulk production.

Lead time and payment?

After spec confirmation, sample or trial order first, then bulk. Sampling typically runs 12–15 days; bulk production runs 30–40 days from deposit and an approved sample. We confirm the dates in writing, and peak season fills factory slots early.

How do relief / institutional tenders work?

Government and NGO relief tenders are spec-driven and high-risk for scams. We verify the issuing body and reference number first, and we never engage with requests that ask for a registration, deposit or certification fee up front. Real tenders stand up to that check.

How fast do you reply?

Within one business day. A quote outline follows quickly; a firm FOB number comes after we see your quantity and destination port.
