How an OEM order moves

1 · Inquiry — you send spec + quantity.
2 · 48h data pack — dimensions, fabric, carton, FOB outline.
3 · Sample — physical sample or direct trial order.
4 · Trial order — small run to confirm quality.
5 · Bulk production — against the locked spec.

Custom OEM runs start at 500 pcs per style; stock styles carry a per-style MOQ from 300 pcs. Sampling runs 12–15 days and bulk production runs 30–40 days from deposit and an approved sample. Trial-order MOQ is negotiable by project. Single-piece dropshipping is not something we provide — this is a wholesale and OEM channel.

What makes a custom run go smoothly

Custom work goes wrong at the edges, not in the middle. The middle is the tent. The edges are the artwork files, the colour approval and the packing details, and those are the things that hold a run up.

Send vector artwork. Print-ready files save a round of back-and-forth. Logo position matters on a tent more than on most products, so tell us where it should sit and how big.
Approve colour against a real sample. A Pantone number plus a physical swatch beats a screen. Display colours drift, and fabric takes dye differently from paper.
Lock the spec in writing. Once dimensions, fabric and carton are signed off they do not move. Changes after the tooling starts cost time and money on both sides.
Plan the packing early. Carton artwork, barcodes and the manual all need to be ready before production, not after. This is the step buyers most often leave late.

A sample run answers the questions a drawing cannot: how the fabric feels, how the seams sit, how the tent packs down. Most buyers do one before a first bulk order, and we quote it as a step rather than a separate favour.
