Stock-style items
Ready-spec products carry a per-style MOQ from 300 pcs per style and colour. Order by the carton; consolidate several styles in one container to use space efficiently.
Custom OEM runs
Fully customized styles start at 500 pcs per style. The exact figure depends on the product — carton size, fabric and any new tooling move it — so it is confirmed in the quote. Trial-order MOQ is negotiable by project (see the OEM / Custom page).
What we don't do
No retail
We don't sell one tent to a camper. Wholesale and OEM only.
No dropshipping
Single-piece fulfillment isn't a service we offer.
No blind claims
Certifications are documented on request, not printed by default.
Payment & lead time: after spec confirmation we issue terms in writing — sample or trial order first, then bulk against a confirmed deposit. Sampling runs 12–15 days; bulk production runs 30–40 days from deposit and approved sample. Peak season fills factory slots early, so the calendar matters as much as the number.
Container loading, planned before you commit
Freight is usually the second-biggest number on a tent order after the goods, and it is decided by how the tents pack, not by the price. We work the load out with you before the order is fixed, because a carton that is 4 cm too long can drop a whole pallet from a container.
- Carton count per style. Every style has a fixed number of pieces per master carton. That figure, not the unit price, is what turns a quantity into a container plan.
- Styles per container. Mixing several stock styles in one load is normal. The per-style MOQ still applies to each style, but you are not forced onto a single model to fill the box.
- Packed size. Pop-up and ice shelters fold to a disc; air tents roll long and flat; hard-shell rooftop tents pack tall and heavy. Each shape loads differently, so we plan by shape, not by weight alone.
Tell us the styles and the quantities and we return a carton and loading outline with the quote, so you can compare landed cost rather than just FOB.
Certifications are documented on request. We do not print certificate numbers on the site; tell us the market and the standard and we send the matching report for your order.
How a first order usually starts
The floor exists so both sides spend their time on orders that can actually ship. A first order on a stock style normally runs one or two container loads; a custom style starts with a sample or trial run before the bulk tier opens.
- Mixing styles. Several stock styles can share one container. The per-style MOQ still applies to each style, but you are not forced onto a single model to fill the load.
- Samples and trial orders. A sample lets you check the fabric, the stitching and the packed size before you commit to bulk. A trial run sits between the sample and a full container, and we negotiate it per project.
- Payment. Terms are written into the quote, not fixed on this page. They tighten or loosen with the style, the volume and the market you are selling into.
- Lead time. Quoted against a confirmed spec and deposit. Peak season fills factory slots early, so the calendar matters as much as the number.
If your quantity sits under the floor, tell us anyway and describe the program. Repeat business and a clear plan sometimes move the line. A single retail-sized order will not.
