In Stock & Ready to Ship

A standing stock of emergency shelters, held for the buyers who get the call before the production schedule does.

Stock for the call that comes first

Most of our lines are made to order. Relief is the exception. When a flood, a quake or a displacement puts people out in the open, a thirty-day lead time is not an answer. So we keep emergency shelters built and packed in the warehouse, ready to leave on the next available booking.

The stock list moves as shelters go out and fresh ones come off the line, so we do not publish fixed numbers here. Ask for the current position and we send back the sizes, the fabrics and the quantities on hand that day.

Sizes we hold

Stock sits in the footprints relief teams ask for most. Anything outside them comes off the same line as a cut-to-order run, on the same frame.

Cold-weather, or standard

The cold-weather shelter is a cotton canvas shell. Cotton breathes, holds warmth and takes a heavier coating, which is why agencies working winter and high-altitude sites come back to it. It is the heavier of the two, and the one to quote when the brief says insulated.

The standard shelter is a single-layer coated shell. Lighter, faster to pack and priced for volume. This is the tent for warm-climate response, field camps and storage, where the priority is units on the ground rather than warmth.

Same frame, either build

Both shelters run on the same ridge frame and share the same window and door layout, so a mixed order still packs and pitches the same way. Pick the shell to suit the climate and the budget, and the packing stays consistent across the shipment.

Need a size we are not holding?

Stock covers the common relief footprints. For anything outside them, we cut to order on the same line. Send the dimensions, the fabric and your logo file, and the shelter is built as a run of its own rather than sourced in from a second supplier.

Custom also covers branding. Printed logos, agency markings, colour and the way units are packed into a set are all handled at the plant, on the same frames we keep in stock.
