How we keep a tent spec from drifting between the sample and the last carton, and how testing and certification are handled for buyers who need it documented.
Because the tents are built on our own line in Weihai, the checks happen where the work happens. There is no hand-off to a third-party plant in the middle of your order, so nothing gets lost between a broker and a floor that never saw your sample.
Different markets ask for different documents, and the right answer depends on where your tents are sold. Rather than printing a certificate number and hoping it covers your case, we document what a specific order needs and send the actual paperwork.
Certifications are documented on request. We do not publish certificate numbers on this site. Tell us the market and the standard your order has to meet, and we route the matching fabric and send the relevant report for that order.
If a test has to be run for your spec specifically, we arrange it and quote it as part of the order — the report comes to you, not to a marketing page.
Send the destination market with the spec, and the compliance questions get answered before the quote, not after the deposit. If your range has to meet a named standard, put it in the first email — it changes the fabric and the price, and it is far cheaper to settle on the sample than on a loaded container.
